I’m so glad you’ve decided to take this amazing journey. Think of Amazing Life as your own personal success coach as you navigate the paths to becoming better than the very best you think you can be. It takes a great deal of courage to want to change – regardless of whether the change is small or great, and I congratulate you for taking this step.
Every month, there will be hints, tips and strategies to help you maximise your progress in the four main areas of personal growth: Personal Power, Mind Power, Well-being, and Productivity. You’ll come to realise that a great many topics, such as meditation, bridge two or more categories … such is the journey of personal growth. 😊
So what can you expect?
The primary focus of the Personal Power section is self-confidence and self-esteem. Motivation, perseverance and communication are just three of the topics you can expect to read about in the coming months.
In Mind Power, you can expect to go from a limited mindset to a growth mindset. Future topics will relate to mindset, mindfulness, meditation, attitude, the brain, attitude, and your subconscious. The aim is to help you change your thinking and perhaps address and eliminate negative thoughts and limiting beliefs.
Self-care is an important aspect of Well-being, so you will be introduced to topics that will help you feel and look healthy inside and out on all levels: mental, emotional, physical. You can expect advice on how to calm your mind, settle your emotions, love your body, and become happier.
Productivity, as its name suggests, will provide you with strategies to make the most of your time and get more done, to break bad habits, and to reach your goals. Topics will include how to overcome procrastination!
When you get to the end of the magazine you’ll find a page of inspiration and fun (because we all need them!).
Wise words always inspire and motivate, so you’ll find a quote to do this (Personal Power).
Activate your “little grey cells” by solving the puzzle or riddle. (Mind Power).
Because laughter is the best medicine, it is hoped the jokes elicit a laugh, chuckle or smile from you (Well-being).
